I founded Executive Impact Coaching, LLC because I believe real growth happens when we feel supported, seen and equipped. Over the years I've walked alongside professionals stepping into new leadership roles, and I've seen how much confidence, clarity and mentoring can change a career.
I've also seen how health shapes everything. As a Certified Functional Nutrition Counselor, I help people navigate a complex healthcare system, make sense of a new diagnosis, and partner with their providers to make meaningful nutrition and lifestyle changes.
